  • Please ensure all delivery information (Name, Full Address, Phone Number) is accurate before confirming your order. kjcart is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Shipping timelines (2–3 days dispatch, 7–10 days delivery) are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

  • Returns and replacements are strictly governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery with a mandatory, uncut 360-degree unboxing video.

  • kjcart does not store your credit card, debit card, or net banking details.
